Fibroids are basically noncancerous growth which might occur in the womb of women. This happens due to hormonal imbalances. There are some of the much needed vitamins which too form an important part of the diet like Vitamin A, C and E. In order to take these vitamins you should include liver, eggs, milk, wheat germ in your diet. For vitamin C, you should eat citrus fruits.
You should also be careful with regard to your body mass index and hence go for regular exercises and a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Try to stay away from excessive soft drinks, beverages and also spicy foods.
Include healthy foods in diet- Soy milk is also found to be good. You should avoid taking caffeine, alcohol and limit the intake of sugar in your diet.
These days processed foods and organic foods are also available so you can opt for these foods also. Fiber rich diet is said to be very effective and so take those foods which are said to be good in fiber like green salad. Stay away from junk foods. The studies have also proved that those women who stay on high fiber diet and low fat diet are more likely to get their estrogens levels get reduced and hence the situation can be brought under control.
