Sometimes deficiency of Vitamin C is also a reason responsible for mouth ulcers. So try to increase the intake of orange juice. Eating lot of yoghurt, cottage cheese, as well as buttermilk also helps.
Make a paste of glycerine and pinch of turmeric and apply this on the affected sores. Mulberry juice is also said to be quite good for mouth ulcers.
If you gargle daily with Listerine, you will not just prevent bad smell from the mouth but also this is effective in curing mouth ulcers.
Applying toothpaste too helps, if you do this many times a day. Try to put hydrogen peroxide with cotton on the sores. You also need to gargle with hot water and cold water alternatively.
Boil water in a bowl and add fenugreek seeds into it, drain the water. Keep it close for sometime then use it for gargling. The same thing you can do with coriander seeds also.
You can also eat raw tomatoes, or else you can gargle with tomato juice 3-4 times a day.

What you eat too matters, try to avoid oily and spicy food, eat daily banana with curd in the morning. This is effective in curing mouth ulcers.
