More so, cutting the intake of simple carbohydrates will surely do the part. Some of the simple carbohydrates that we should do away or just lessen are:

  • Breads
  • White flour

It is also advised for people with fatty livers to eat healthy foods. Some of the healthy foods that people should eat are fruits and vegetables. Not only that, there must also be fiber-rich whole grains and plenty intake of water.
