Drinking lots and lots of water is also going to help you a lot. Include more of fluids in your diet. This is all the more important for your baby, which will keep him healthy and fit.
Exercising too is an essential aspect, go for walking daily and perform simple and easy exercises which might not cause any harm to your unborn baby. You can even go for swimming or running during pregnancy but with caution and care.
Don’t ignore calcium, vitamin supplements. Make sure you are taking the adequate amount of these in your diet. When you wake up in the early morning, start the day with one glass of warm water, without eating anything. This is an effective home remedy for passing stool.
You need to avoid refined sugars, processed foods or uncooked food during pregnancy. These are said to be quite unhealthy and may increase constipation instead of relieving it. You should avoid taking any of the laxatives without the recommendation of the doctor since they might have a negative effect. Try to remain stress free and stay in a cool and relaxed manner.
